The Ther-Monitor is the ultimate in on the fly temperature monitoring and adjustment.

Use this handy gadget on the outlet of your counter flow or plate chilling system,

to set the temperature of your wort exactly to the desired fermenting temperature.

Open the valve and the temp goes up close it a bit and it will drop,

the large 3" dial Stainless thermometer gives an accurate real-time reading.

The standard version of this comes complete with a 2 piece SS valve and 1/2" stainless steel hose barb.
