Definitely works as gravity feed. Most of the parts are plastic, except for spring.  Doesn't leak like the kind without a spring. ]

Tips: Plastic 3/8" OD bottle filler with spring-loaded valve. Fillers work best with a bucket equipped with a bottling spigot. The spring in the tip of this bottle filler stops the flow until you depress it to the bottom of the bottle.
